Privacy Policy
Overview
This Privacy Policy applies to the Route Reflection mobile application and any related services operated by LIUKS BALANS TOV, referred to as the Service Provider.
Route Reflection is a personal travel journal and map memory utility. It lets users pin map locations, add titles, reflection notes, dates, location names, moods such as Peaceful, Excited, or Nostalgic, descriptive tags such as walk, food, sunset, or road trip, favorite entries, and revisit pinned stops in a simple journal history.
Information the Application obtains
The Application does not collect, log, or store personal information when you download and use it. Registration is not required.
If the Application is used with an active internet connection, technical protocol data, such as an ephemeral IP address, may be transmitted only to facilitate network connectivity. This data is not retained or used for tracking.
Location information
The Application does not collect precise real-time location information from your mobile device for tracking by the Service Provider. If you use map pinning or current-location features, those actions are part of your local travel journal workflow and are not collected by LIUKS BALANS through normal app use.
Data Retention
Because Route Reflection does not collect, log, or store personal information on LIUKS BALANS servers, the Service Provider does not retain personal app usage data.
Any local records you create in the app, such as pinned locations, coordinates, map tap entries, memory titles, reflection notes, dates, location names, mood selections, tags, Places counter values, Favorites counter values, Day streak values, journal history records, search terms, category filters, favorite flags, memory card details, pinned stop records, and app settings, remain on your device unless a future feature clearly states otherwise.
Data Deletion
Since the Application does not collect personal information through normal use, there is no server-side personal app data for LIUKS BALANS to delete.
You can delete local app data by removing entries inside the app, clearing app data through your device settings where available, or uninstalling the Application from your device.
If you voluntarily contact the Service Provider or provide information by other means, you may request deletion of that voluntarily provided information by contacting LIUKS BALANS at support@liuksbalans.ink.
Opt-out rights
Since the Application does not collect personal information through normal use, uninstalling it removes the Application from your device. You may also disable permissions or notifications through your device settings where applicable.
Children
The Application is not intended for children under 13 years of age, or such higher age as required by applicable law. The Service Provider does not knowingly solicit data from children or market to them.
Security
Because the Application does not collect personal data, the risk of personal data exposure is minimal. However, no security system is completely secure. The Service Provider implements reasonable safeguards to protect systems and any data it holds.
Data Breach Notification
Since the Application does not collect personal data through normal use, the risk of a data breach affecting your personal data is minimal. If a breach occurs involving any data you have voluntarily provided, the Service Provider will notify you as required by applicable law.
Responsible-use notice
Route Reflection is a personal travel journal and map memory utility. It is not a navigation app, GPS tracking service, real-time location sharing tool, social travel network, local guide marketplace, restaurant or event discovery app, booking platform, transport planner, tourism agency website, emergency locator, surveillance product, professional mapping tool, or replacement for maps, official travel information, safety decisions, travel advice, legal consent, location privacy judgment, or personal responsibility.
Changes
The Service Provider may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted with an updated effective date. Where required by law, the Service Provider will seek consent before material changes take effect.
Previous versions of this Privacy Policy will be maintained and made available upon request by contacting the Service Provider.
Your Consent
If you voluntarily provide information to the Service Provider and processing is based on consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time without affecting processing carried out before withdrawal.
